You're looking for a place
The landlord's contact info is on every listing page (WhatsApp, Instagram or phone). You talk directly to whoever's renting it out — no middleman, no commission.
Quick questions
- Do you charge a commission?
- No. Posting and searching are free, and we don't charge anything for putting a landlord in touch with a student. We're not an agency.
- Do I need to register to post a listing?
- No account needed. You publish your listing in a couple of minutes and pick a password so you can edit or delete it later.
- How do I edit or delete my listing?
- Go to My listing with your ID (something like GP-A7B9C2) and the password you chose when you published. From there you can edit it or take it down whenever you want.
- How long do you take to reply?
- During office hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 22:00) we usually reply right away. Outside those hours, as soon as we're back.
