I’m Eve and, due to urgent circumstances, I’m vacating my room and looking for someone to take my place.

📍 The flat is located in Plaza de San Isidro, in an area with excellent transport links, close to supermarkets, public transport, chemists, etc.

🛏 The room is large, very bright and has a balcony. It’s fully furnished and features a spacious desk and plenty of storage space.

🏡 There are four of us girls living in the flat – we’re all students – and we’d prefer to find another girl.

The communal areas include: an entrance hall, kitchen, living room and two bathrooms.

📅 Available from 8 May until 30 June, with the possibility of renewing the tenancy agreement.
