Room on Camino de Ronda

Hi, I’m looking for two female flatmates for this flat on Camino de Ronda who are respectful of quiet hours, tidy, responsible and non-smokers. It’s a second-floor flat with a lift, right next to the Méndez Núñez metro station, a bus stop and a Día supermarket. The flat is fully furnished and equipped, with a refurbished bathroom; the kitchen will be refurbished over the summer so it’ll be brand new for the coming academic year 26/27. It has central heating, double-glazed windows, and each room has its own key. Price: 317 + bills (electricity, water, gas and Wi-Fi). The tenancy agreement runs from September to July inclusive, and a one-month deposit is required.

I’m a female postgraduate student and worker (aged 23–24). I’d like to maintain a quiet and pleasant atmosphere at home, ideal for relaxing and working, so I particularly value a peaceful living environment and respect for everyone’s schedules. I’m not one for house parties, so someone with a similar lifestyle would be a better fit.
