Student flats in San Ildefonso, Granada

San Ildefonso runs from the old Puerta de Elvira gate up towards the bullring, and it's more longtime locals than student crowd. Sitting a little further north drops the rent below the centre or the Camino de Ronda, while you still keep a direct bus to both Cartuja and Fuentenueva. What you gain is sleep: the tapas and the noise are a couple of streets over, not under your window.

The median price in San Ildefonso currently sits around 325€ a month, worked out across 4 flats listed right now (between 267€ and 409€).
