Room in Cartuja

I’m looking for 2 flatmates for a 4-bedroom flat in Granada (Tráfico area), available from September. There are 2 rooms left (€250/month + approx. €25 in service charges). The flat has a spacious living room, a fully fitted kitchen, air conditioning, a shared bathroom, is on the 9th floor with a lift, and has excellent transport links (U1, U3 and 8). I’m looking for master’s students or final-year undergraduates who are responsible, tidy and easy-going. Viewings must be arranged 2 days in advance. Not available during the summer.
