Quiet neighbourhood, right next to the Cartuja campus, with Triunfo less than a 10-minute walk away and a 20-minute walk from the city centre. Line 8 and U3 stops are 5 minutes away. Supermarkets, shops and gyms nearby, with a tapas bar right below the flat for whenever you fancy a bite. The flatmates are quiet and hard-working. There are only two other flats in the block – one occupied by a working couple and another which is going on the market this year – so it’s very peaceful.
