Room to let on Calle Cuesta de San Antonio, 5 minutes from the Jardines de Triunfo and well connected to the Cartuja, Hospital Real and V Centenario university campuses 👨‍💻

The rent is €273 per month, with bills included (water and electricity). The room is very bright and opens onto a large terrace. We also have an inner courtyard (where we have barbecues 🍖).

We’re two really nice 22-year-old lads, studying for our Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees.
