Room in the city centre (Gran Vía / Trinidad)

Looking for a flatmate for the coming 2026/2027 academic year in the San Juan de Dios area of Granada. The rent would be 260 euros a month plus electricity, water and Wi-Fi costs. It’s a flat through an estate agent, so you’d need to pay a deposit and the agent’s fees. We’re two easy-going girls doing a master’s degree, looking for a third flatmate, preferably someone in their final year of an undergraduate degree or doing a master’s. The flat has air conditioning and central heating.
