We’re a 28-year-old man and woman looking for a third flatmate for this flat near the Genil. The flat has three rooms, a bathroom and a kitchen opening onto a communal courtyard. The flat is not a short-term let but a year-long tenancy, and the tenancy agreement would run from 1 September this year until 30 August the following year.
