We’re two 24-year-old girls looking for a third person of a similar age to share a 3-room flat (not first-year students).

The flat is very spacious, with 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen. It’s been completely refurbished with all new furniture, has plenty of natural light, and the available room faces outwards and has a terrace.
