Room in La Chana

It’s 306.67 a month plus electricity and water bills (Wi-Fi included). We’re two 22-year-old female students and a little dog, looking to share a flat and have a good time. The flat has just been refurbished – all the appliances, mattresses, TVs and everything else are brand new. The landlord is really nice and responds to everything straight away. I’ve already lived there for a year and I’m absolutely delighted (my former flatmates are going on Erasmus). We’re looking for people who respect cleaning and sleeping times, and who are keen to live together in a friendly atmosphere. Friends are welcome to visit, but no parties.
