✨ We’re two girls aged 23 and 25, and we’re looking for a flatmate to join us in our three-bed flat.
🏠 The flat’s in the Pajaritos area; it’s on the fourth floor with all exterior-facing rooms, and it was completely renovated last year. It’s a very quiet neighbourhood with everything you need nearby. 💲 The rent would be €310 a month (including Wi-Fi) plus bills (water and electricity). No estate agent involved.
🐈⬛ 💖 We live with Katana, a lovely, affectionate and gentle cat. We’re both smokers, so we’re looking for someone who smokes or doesn’t mind it
