Hi! We’re two lads looking for a flatmate for the 2026/2027 academic year.
The flat is at 52 Pedro Antonio de Alarcón. It’s on the sixth floor and the windows are soundproofed, so there are no noise issues. It’s less than a 10-minute walk from the Fuentenueva campus and the city centre. It’s spacious, with plenty of natural light, and has a large terrace and living room.
We enjoy living together, whilst respecting each other’s schedules. We’re LGBT-friendly and welcome smokers.
Preferably working professionals, postgraduates or final-year undergraduates.
