Hi there, we’re two girls and two lads and we’re looking for another flatmate. Although it says ‘occasional parties’, we don’t usually have parties – very occasionally we’ve invited friends over for a pre-party, but generally we don’t have parties. It’s more about hanging out together, watching football, checking out the island… It’s €290 a month, plus bills. We’re really sociable and enjoy living together. It’s a third-floor flat with a lift.
