The Zaidín is Granada's most lived-in, unpretentious barrio — roomy flats, neighbours who actually say hello, and some of the lowest rents on the site. The Science Park, the Los Cármenes stadium and the Nevada shopping centre are all close by, with the PTS within walking reach, which makes it an obvious shout for Medicine or Nursing. The centre and Fuentenueva do need a bus, and the odd block from the seventies is begging for a refit.
