Student rooms in San Ildefonso, Granada

San Ildefonso runs from the old Puerta de Elvira gate up towards the bullring, and it's more longtime locals than student crowd. Sitting a little further north drops the rent below the centre or the Camino de Ronda, while you still keep a direct bus to both Cartuja and Fuentenueva. What you gain is sleep: the tapas and the noise are a couple of streets over, not under your window.

Right now San Ildefonso has 4 rooms live, with a median price of 325€ a month and a real range from 267€ to 409€. The closest campus to San Ildefonso is Campus Fuentenueva, roughly 10 minutes on foot. Next nearest is Campus Centro, 11 minutes on foot from San Ildefonso — useful if you're torn between faculties.

San Ildefonso borders Centro–Sagrario, Albaicín, Plaza de Toros / Doctores, handy if you want to compare areas before committing. The San Ildefonso list updates as places are posted and taken down, so what you see below are rooms genuinely still going. Figures last updated 26 October 2026.
