Looking for 2 flatmates for a 4-room flat on Avenida de la Constitución, 3 minutes from the Fuente Nueva campus.

The flat is spacious and in excellent condition, with 2 full bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen.

It has central heating.

The rent is €1,100 per month, which works out at €275 per person. Upon moving into the flat, the full rent for September is payable, plus a one-month deposit.

The tenancy agreement would cover the full academic year (September – June).

The available rooms come with a wardrobe, desk and chair, amongst other furniture.

We are two 30-year-old flatmates who study at the UGR and work. We are looking for other flatmates who:

- Must be students, preferably on a master’s or postgraduate course

- Must be over 24 years old

- Must respect study, sleep and cleaning schedules
