Student rental prices in Granada

The source is the active listings published on GranadaPisos. We don't use external portals or estimates: only flats and rooms that are actually available right now.

The headline figure is the median: the price with half the listings below it and half above. We use it because a few expensive flats don't skew it the way they'd skew the average.

The index is recalculated every month from the current catalogue. Each monthly snapshot is kept: we never overwrite past months, so we can show how prices evolve over time.

We only publish figures when there are at least five listings for that neighbourhood and type. With fewer, the median isn't reliable, so we mark the cell as 'not enough data' instead of making up a number.
